Turnaround Time: Once an order is placed, it may take up to 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) to be fully processed.
Orders placed on Friday will start process on Monday.
"Made to Order."
- Candles that are "personalized" or "made to order," have 5-7 business days turnaround time once an order is placed. Excluding weekends/shipping time.
- Personalized (custom animal figurines) orders have up to 14 business days turnaround time, excluding weekends/shipping times.
You will receive a notification (email or SMS) once your order is ready for pickup or shipping.

To ensure that your candles arrive in the best possible condition, we will only ship candle items on Mondays and Tuesdays between the months of May and September. (October if your state have a long summer).
For orders of concrete decor only, we will continue to ship out orders Monday through Friday. US standard shipping starts at $7.

CONTAINER CANDLES CARE:
- Always trim wick before each use to 1/4" (5mm).
- For the initial burn, burn your candle until the melt pool reaches close to the edges of the jar, to avoid tunneling. Typically 3-4 hours.
- Clean debris and straighten wicks after each use.
- Avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at time.
- Never leave burning candles unattended.
- Extinguish the candle if it smokes flickers repeatedly, or flame becomes too high. Trim wick to 1/4" and re-light.
- Stop burning when there is less than 1/2" wax remaining.
- Keep out of reach of children and curious pets.
- Burn candles on a stable level surface clear of any flammable materials.
PILLAR CANDLES CARE:
- Trim your wick before each use to 1/4" (5mm).
- For best results, burn for 2 hrs increments. Do not burn for more than 3 hrs at a time.
- Place your candle in a heat resistant plate to catch the wax drippings.
- Avoid placing them in drafts and air-conditioned rooms.
- Keep out of reach of children and curious pets.
- Stop burning when there is less than 1/2" wax remaining.
- Extinguish the candle if it smokes, flickers repeatedly, or flame becomes too high. Trim wick and re-light.
AROMA MELT CARE:
- Store your wax melts in its container, in a cool, dry place.
- Only use in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers
approved for wax melts. - Do not melt wax on stove or in a non-approved appliance.
- Never leave melted wax unattended around children or pets.
- Discontinue use when less than 1/2 of wax remains or wax no longer produces a scent.
- Properly dispose of wax. Do not pour down drains or in toilet.
- Do not add water or other substances into your warmer.

In an event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it.
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your returns.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (made to order, special orders, personalized items).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
