Shipping policy

STORE PICKUP IN PORTLAND, TX

Once an order is placed, it may take up to 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) to be fully processed. Orders placed on Friday will start process on Monday.

Pick up days are by appointment only. Monday-Friday between 9:00am-7pm.

You will receive a notification (email or SMS) once your order is ready for pickup. Email proof of purchase, and appointment time are required for store pickup.

Note that at all "made to order candles" (Garden Flower, Peony Tin, Rose Bear, Lotus) have up to 4-6 business days (Monday - Friday) processing time. Please let us know if it’s a rush order.

SHIPPING:

U.S. Standard Shipping starts at $7.00, and is calculated based on weight.

In order to protect our candles from being exposed to extreme temperatures during the hot Texas summers. To ensure that your candles arrive in the best possible condition, we will only ship candle items on Mondays and Tuesdays between the months of May and August. For all other products, including our concrete decor, we will continue to ship out orders Monday through Friday.

Shipping days are limited to M-F 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, not including holidays.

Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.
