ARRIVAL TIME:

Please ensure you arrive on time.

Arriving late may lead to automatic cancellation or a no-show status.

Timeliness is crucial, as being late could result in cancellation without a prior notice. 

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE:

To reschedule or cancel, a minimum of 24-hour notice is required.

If adequate notice is not provided, a charge of 50% of the service fee will apply.

The service fee must be paid in advance to facilitate rescheduling.

 

NO SHOW:

Not attending your appointment will incur a full service fee and may result in restrictions on future bookings. 

 

NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUESTS:

We request that you do not bring extra guest or children with you to your appointment unless they are also receiving services.

We have a cozy space with limited seating. Our goal is to provide a relaxing atmosphere for all our clients, and most importantly the safety of your little ones.
